Arienne Yoga & Lifestyle has a holistic approach and offers researched Yoga Therapy techniques that can help you achieve your optimal health and wellness. After a thorough intake and assessment of the five layers of human being, we design an appropriate yoga practice for your unique state.
The Yoga Therapy Intake session is the first step on your journey to wellness. We begin with a thorough interview and assessment to understand your unique needs and develop a personalized plan that will support your goals. I will work with you one-on-one to design a yoga practice that you can take home and incorporate into your daily routine, providing ongoing support and guidance through follow-up sessions.
The follow-up sessions are an integral part of your Yoga Therapy journey. During these sessions, we'll take a look at your progress, discuss any issues that have come up since your last appointment and make any necessary adjustments to your Yoga Therapy plan. It's important to continue your regular practice to maintain the benefits of therapy. If it's been more than six months since your last appointment, please book an Intake session again.
