Yin Yoga

... is a quiet, stationary practice for fascia around the joints and spine that opens up our body to release our tensions and blockages and to increase our mobility and flexibility.

It is a grounding practice founded/based in mindfulness meditation.

Yin Yoga is one of the wisdom practices, that reduces blood pressure, stress and anxiety.

Also teaching regular DONATION based online classes in English at Practice Yoga Austin (PYA) studio:

  • Slow Vinyasa every Monday at 19h (noon in CDT)

  • Yin Yoga every Thursday at 19h (noon in CDT)

  • Restorative Yoga every Friday at 16h (9am in CDT)
