Raw Pea Soup
Ingredients per 1-2 servings:
+/- 1.5 cups of peas
½ avocado
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Nutritional Yeast
Himalayan salt
Pepper
Coconut syrup
Water according to the required density
Optional (I don't usually add): a handful of cashews, ½ onions, …
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix into a soft cream. If you want your soup warmer, mix it longer.
Garnish with pistachios, peas, parsley or anything else you like.
