We've entered the first winter month and we are in a Kapha and Vata vulnerable time. Make sure to cover your head and neck when going outside and avoid excess cold.

Recipe: Raw Pea Soup
In November we celebrated World Vegan Day and I released my first raw recipe for you to try: A delicious pea soup with avocado, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, Himalayan salt, pepper and coconut syrup. Find the recipe including accurate dosing on the newly released blog.
Public Classes in December
Let's meet on our mats to balance out the end of the year. Relaxation, contemplation, restoration, breath and movement. The toolkit is wide, let's use it together. You can join online classes on zoom from anywhere. Check out the Calendar page for more details on the schedule and if you're not sure which class to choose, scroll down or hop into Classes to see which type of yoga would fit you the best. Active Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative
Do you wonder what is Hatha Yoga, Active Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and what is actually the difference?

In my classes, everything is Hatha Yoga. Besides Yin and Restorative, all classes I guide are active yoga. Also there is a difference between 'restorative class' (active) and 'Restorative Yoga' (whole body is disengaged).
I will elaborate on this topic in one of the future blog posts, but for now, I hope this clarifies things a little:)
Yin Sequence for Digestion & Elimination
With the holiday season in mind, I am excited to share with you a short Yin Yoga sequence for Digestion and Elimination. Lets squeeze and stretch the belly organs and stimulate the flow of Life Energy through their respective meridians for the times we overindulge in tasty food and drinks. Success to Celebrate
To finish up, I would like to give a little shout out to the studio 'Practice Yoga Austin', where I accomplished my advanced teacher training this October and became a holder of RYT-500 certification. The team of teachers running this program is truly knowledgeable, highly professional and very supportive.
I am so grateful to have been able to study with them and am excited to be accepted into the 'Practice Yoga Therapy' program starting in April 2022.
